    Explanation:

    Transnational cooperation's (TNC'S) are companies that set up their stores in different countries due to variety of reasons. One main reason is cheap labour. The country in which the company decides to set up in usually has bad laws, often basic rights are exploited by managers but the companies don't care, they are there just to profit. Some examples of where companies may decide to set up are India, Mexico, Brazil and Indonesia.
