The population in the tract B will increase more than the population of deer in tract A

The population of deer in tract B will obviously be more than than the population of deer in tract A, because of the supplemental food provided by the villagers to the deer in tract B. Look yes there is availability of natural food in both the tract but the situation in winter might be different, it may not be easy for deer to find food in winter, which can cause problems in survival and if in that situation where finding food is difficult, and the villagers start providing supplemental food to deer then there chance of survival looks far better than the survival chance of deer in tract A. And this is the reason why there will be steady increase in the population of deer n tract B.
