The League of Nations, the Washington Naval Conference, and the Kellogg-Briand Pact were designed to keep peace in the Northern Hemisphere. Why did these agreements fail to prevent World War II?

    Each had their own flaw but overall they we're not united in choices.

    Explanation:

    The league of nations allowed hitler to raid small countries until it was too late. The naval conference tried to stop the manufacturing and growth of navies and military but after a world war every country wanted to be "ready" and the Kelloggabraid was a sad attempt to "out law " war. All had great intentions but were unrealistic.
