    Cyclical unemployment can be defined as a factor that relates to the regular ups and down that happen in the business cycle. This happen as a result of economic recession or depression. In cyclical unemployment, there is a mismatch between the skills of the unemployed workers and the skills needed for the jobs that are available. It usually occurs as a result of persistent cyclical unemployment.
