    Answer A. In a Democracy, important decisions concerning the country is achieved by voting. All citizens, man or woman who can vote, should take any opportunity to do so, by ballot, not because the law forces them, but because of the "sacred obligation", their conscience, knowing this can contribute for the formation of a desired society, and is a base for our system of govern.
