    The Power Distance Dimension.

This dimension delas with the fact that all individuals in society are not equal, that is, the magnitude to which the less powerful members of organizations and institutions (like families) accept and expect that power is distributed unequally.

There is inequality in every society because people differ in physical and intellectual abilities, in power, wealth and status.

    Answer

    Power distance

    Explanation

In Power distance is where the people with lower ranking in the society they have an expectation and acceptance that the power be distributed unequally This is primarily used in psychological and sociological studies on societal management of inequalities between individuals, and individual's perceptions of that management. Societies and cultures are not equal thus their equality ranges varies from culture to culture. That is there is high power distance where by the less powerful accept that power is distributed unequally. while large power distance basically measures how culture views power relationships between people. Cultures demonstrating high power distance view power as distributed unevenly, according to a hierarchy of authority.
