    It depends, if we are talking about the Old Testament, this premise is true, you will find innumerable impositions, sacrifices, and kinds of conduct that man must follow to be considered worthy of the love of God. The sinner has to demonstrate a real effort to get there.

    Now if we are talking about the New Testament, this premise is false, because the love of God is for all, without distinction, for what is mentioned about it, it always focus in God's love in the first place and not the conditions to receive it, which always stays in the second place along with the sinner's life.
