if residents do not communicate with their municipal government what might the consequences be for the community

    Municipal government exist to hear the aspiration made by the people on the local level. But, the municipal government does not possess the power to create laws that could affect local people

    If the people do not communicate with the municipal government, the needs/desire that belonged to the people in that local community would not reached/noticed by the government on state level who had the authority to create the legislation to fix them.
