Why isn't amazon a monopoly

    Because if Amazon was a monopoly then it would become too powerful and if it is too powerful then it would interfere with the national government, Amazon then would have the power to do what ever they like to people and charge how much they would like for a product, just like Rockefeller's Standard Oil Company.
