Brenda will look for her doll in the kitchen cabinet.

    Explanation:

In the question above, when Sheira is being asked about the place where Brenda will look for her doll, she replied that she will find in the kitchen as she has been told that the doll is being placed in the kitchen itself. Since Sheira is two years old, she hasn't yet developed the cognitive reasoning properly or logical reasoning, so she believes whatever she is being told as she can not put logical thought in it.

According to Jean Piaget, who has proposed the theory of cognitive development believed that children in the sensorimotor stage i. e, a period between birth to two years of age tends to understand the world around him or her via "trial and error method" by using actions and senses.
