Effective leaders do not express themselves in words far more eloquently than in attitude or actions.

A good way to share the enthusiasm with the other members of the group is to be a model. If the leader is proactive and constantly performs actions that pursue the goal, then it becomes an incentive for the rest of the group. Therefore, his actions and attitude must be more remarkable than his eloquence in speaking. However, being good at communicating his ideas is also important, but with a consistent performance in carrying them out.
