The heater that exploded happened to be an accident (something that happens unexpectedly), it was never a planned event, the best the company could do was to ensure all equipment was in proper working condition, which was actually done prior to the unfortunate incident, we as a company hereby tender our sincere condolences to the family of the deceased, we pray that may the God almighty grant them the fortitude to bear the lost.

Answer: The voir dire ("to speak the truth") process is the process whereby individuals are selected for jury to hear specific cases. Lawyers for each party and the judge can ask jurors questions to determine if they would be biased in their decisions. Biased jurors can be dismissed and selected ones would be impaneled. The types of jurors my lawyer would seek to have on the jury are the ones that are not biased.
