Germany started the implementation of the different armistice, but first, they settled in America with President Wilson. They had a fear that the French and the British will insist on the harsh terms that they were not ready to comply with. Finally, their plan failed, and were not able to be successful.

Later Germany decided to send a message that requested permission to send a delegation with reason of negotiating with the truce and requested the cease-fire from the general. Nevertheless, unfortunately, he dismissed the cease-fire request.
