A problem that i faced in my old job was pressure from my boss at all times and a certain discomfort because this was not done in a normal way.

A good hypothesis for this situation would be "how does job pressure affect workers mentally?"

With this hypothesis we could understand how workers feel with an insensitive pressure for better deadlines and so on. It would also be possible to see better ways to give both positive and negative feedback, understand the importance of positive feedback and how it can change a worker's performance.

The non directional hypothesis is a kind that has no definite direction of the expected findings being specified.
