Latin America refers to the colonies that was owned by the Spanish and Portuguese. This includes Mexico, Mesoamerica, and South America. Portuguese is not the most prevalent because that is considering that Mexico is not included. The most prevalent and most seen in all countries is Spanish, although some countries may have a fewer population. Brazil is the only country with the main language of Portuguese.
