    Adjudicatory hearing

    Explanation:

    Adjudicatory hearing is the procedure in primarily juvenile case handling wherein judge hears the case of juvenile and then makes a decision if the juvenile of guilty of crime or not based on the hearing and seeing all the relevant evidences. It is same as criminal trial but with person under the age of 18. Here hearing is done under judge only unlike criminal justice system where hearing is done under both judge and jury.
