False, a presidential system or government is a democratic and republican system of government where a head of government, called president, who is chosen directly by the public, leads an executive branch that is separate from the legislative branch.

In contrast, governments with separate executive, legislative, and judicial branches are those based on the principle of separation of powers in which authority is distributed among three branches (executive, legislative, judicial) as an attempt to prevent the concentration of power in the hands of a small group of people. In such a system, the executive does not pass laws (the role of the legislature in presidential governments) or interpret them (the role of the judiciary also in presidential governments).
