Do the majority of hamilton's purposes relate to domestic or to foreign affairs

    I believe the answer is: Most were domestic, he focused on unity in the colonies.

    Hamilton want the colonies to united against the unfair treatment that being initiated by the British Government. Seen the unity only affect the people within the country, we can say that it is more of domestic effort rather than foreign affairs (foreign affairs manage relationship with other countries)
