    Answer: Group rewards

Explanation: Group reward is geared at improving level of cooperation, coherence and efficiency within groups of individuals, this is aimed at achieving increased output, drive productivity and encourage level enthusiasm of the members involved. Working as group could be very difficult especially due to factors such as individual differences, work input, cultural diversity and so on, fusing members into a group may lead to reduced output, incessant disagreement and low productivity. Therefore the introduction of group reward which involves credit and compensation to members requires that the group work together toward collective success.
