    D) Blacks should launch legal and scholarly attacks on segregation without hesitation.

    As Du bois was a fimr believer in education and self improvement, searching for growth thru economic and academic succes he was also convinced that they had to get rid of sergregation first, cause if the head of your country tolerates segregation that gives a reason to all white man to believe and treat black men as inferior to them.
