Why do Europeans have to invest in new sources of energy? Why do you think that Europeans are not content with fossil fuels being a long-term energy source?

1. Costly, as there are less and less fossil fuels available, the price rises higher and higher. Solar Energy is 60% cheaper than coal and oil, while expensive to first put on it is a great investment.

2. Availability, wind is abundant in Europe making wind power very easy to make at a cheap cost

3. Polluting the environment, if fossil fuels keep getting burned by 2070 there will be in-reversible climate change.
