Conflict arises from opposing views on politics which in turn impact the exercise of each nation's jurisdiction and authority.

Each government is responsible for both its citizens, and the citizens of the rest of the world- - which can be contrasting at times.

The challenge has often been finding a common ground. It is important to settle in a compromise that both respects the strengths of nations' command and supports unity as humankind.
