What's Japans solution to its economic problems in the beginning of 1931

raping and pillaging China for what it has ... Nah just joking (until later) but they decide to have a big boi war with Russia to get some resources to trade. then they take land from China which also has some big amounts of resources to sell off. this doesn't do so well though as the world See's them as crazy after that.

this is also because of the treaty of Versailles and the west * being the bigots they are * ignoring them. so they have a war to get recognized and start pillaging stuff like the Mongols. sorry for my rant but this is all I know.
