You have $16 to spend on taxi fare. The ride costs $4 plus $2 per mile. Let m represents the number of miles ridden. Write an inequality to determine how many miles u can ride for $16.

    0
    2x+4=16

    -4 - 4 (minus 4 from both sides.)

    => 2x=12

    Then divide 2 from both sides

    => (answer) x=6
