    The Mayan, Inca, and Aztec civilizations all originated in Latin America. The Mayans lived in Mexico, others lived in Central America. The Incas lived along the long coastal strip, and in the high peaks of the Andes Mountains while the Aztecs were located in both north and northwest Mexico.
