    Explanation:

    The Shoshone was located along the western areas of Nevada. It was an area the consist of Native American Indians who were agitating for claiming back of their land from the government. Their claim was that the land in their aboriginal right and they deserve the right to their land.

    It states that the U. S violated international treaty and human rights of these native on the inhumane treatment they have meted on them. They were also involve in all form of racial discrimination against the Shoshone people.
