    this situation can be related to confirmation bias. If the discussion that is held by the group only conducted by people with similar belief, they will more likely to support and provide positive feedback with one another. Because f this, they will be more convinced with their pre-existing belief compared to being placed in a group that have opposing views to counter their belief.
