Do you sometimes take "time out" to clear your emotions for the moment in order to be effective?

    Yes, i do.

    Even though emotions are important in every human interraction, it could very well influence our logical thinking. (for example, when doctors are examining people that belong in their social group, they are much less likely to take risk in the treatment).

    Because of this, when i feel some sort of emotional burden, i would take time out to clear my emotion rather than letting it create a bad decision for me.
