    There are other cultures that embrace similar requirements.

    A good example is The Somali culture in Kenya and Somalia.

    Explanation:

    Fashion is changing with time, Arabic women attires are designed in such a way that the public cannot see the woman.

    Other societal trends embrace attires exactly the opposite of this thereby making the worried Arabic conformists to put in place even more strict rules.
