Is it worse to kill civilians (non-military people) than to kill soldiers in a war?

    Yes because the soldiers put themselves in that situation to be killed and the civilians are not doing anything soo its worse to kill civilians if they aren't fighting for something like the soldiers in a war. Also they are not giving up their lives like the soldiers are.
