One of the most important differences between the Korean War and the Vietnam War is the fact that the Korean War ended in a stalemate, while the Vietnam War did not. The Korean War ended on 1953 when the Korean Armistice Agreement was signed. However, no peace treaty was ever signed. On the other hand, the Vietnam War ended on April 30, 1975 with the fall of Saigon.
