The emir of Kuwait has complete power, while the king of Saudi Arabia plays a symbolic role.

    Answer: Option B

    Explanation:

King of Kuwait or emir is the leader of Kuwait and has almost all the powers which are required to govern that area and he is also the commander who leads the military forces of Kuwait also.

But the king of Saudi Arabia is only the head of the state and the government but not of the military forces like the leader of Kuwait. So the leader of Kuwait has all the powers but leader of Saudi Arabia is only an important person.
