School for scandal besides her husband, who is it that lady teazle loves?

"The School for Scandal" is a comedy play written by author Richard Brinsley Sheridan in 1777. Lady Teazle is married to Sir Peter Teazle, but their relationship is far from ideal. The married couple are usually having fights about how much money does Sir Peter Teazle gives to Lady Teazle for her various demands, such as buying flowers, clothes, carriages and other luxuries. This situation makes Lady Teazle unhappy, and takes her to consider loving another man, called Joseph Surface, who she considers making her lover.
