Now, this could lead up to a nice population intake, the thing is that it's perfect because they are perfect for measuring her program. She only wants to increase reading scores, so it's focused on reading skills scores. There are many factors that can guide them. First of all, if she knew who had bad scoring or her program test was too easy there could have been manipulation but that's not the case so manipulation is discarded. She required sixth-grade students, so even though her population is too wide she only wants to test her program so it is good if she would have chosen students with low scores, that would be a manipulation scenario. The population is small, yes it is small but they belong to the same group sixth graders chosen randomly, so it's pretty clear her program is not really working. Because she didn't focus on the execution off the program in a better way. She looks for reading skills performance but not a specific one of those. So her model is not well executed because is not well built and to do so she needs to find a real hypothesis and work surrounding it.
