    the answer is "B" because alliteration has the same letter or sound that is repeating. so in this case "A" will not be your answer because it doesn't repeat or sound the same. Letter B makes sense because it is repeating the letter "L" in the sentence. Letters "C" and "D" don't make sense because you can't make out what they are talking about and it doesn't sound right.
