Rev looks for a linguistic expert with an specialization in foreign languages and translation.

    Explanation:

Rev's firm works in transcription, captions, foreign subtitles, and document translation.

This industry is dominated by and dictated by the work of freelancers who are hired on gig to gig basis and work to translate the projects that the company gives them to along with the work of transcription and subtitling.

In this working environment Rev would be looking for two different qualities

-one would be the ability as a linguist

-other the ability as a translator and someone who has a mastery of a language.
