This is done by placing a rolled piece of cloth or blanket depending on the which material is available between the upper arm and chest. A towel is then used to wrap around the person's upper body to bind the arm. Ice packs is then applied for about 20 mins to reduce swelling and pain. The injured person is allowed to rest.
