Why is it important for scientist to record their data and findings?

    It is important for scientists to record their data and findings because for something to be confirmed as true in science, it must be able to be recreated by multiple different scientists and still get the same result. If a scientist were to not record their findings and data, none of the things that had happened would not be able to be recreated and therefore be proven or disproven.

    So if it ever happens again they know what it is oh so they will remeber for other projects
