How is the force of the wind used to produce electricity

    The wind spins a turbine which is used to turn a magnet inside of a coil, allowing an electric current to be created, which is transferred to the object that will use the electricity.

    As the wind passes the turbines it moves the blades, which spins the shaft, wind is used to power the items connected to it
