    The constitution aided the articles of confederation become a tougher government. It aided solved the levy problem, not having a president, not being capable to decide struggles between the states and not feat the British to leave their land. The constitution provided the federalism or federal government the skill to levy the country. To wage for militaries and other stuff. The organization of the government got improved. The constitution made federal government as supreme law and says federal law beats state law when there is a battle.
