Were the actions of the American Nazis in the story below protected under the First Amendment? Why? Members of the American Nazi Party marched through Skokie, Illinois, while dressed in Nazi uniforms. The Nazis chose Skokie for the march because a large number of Holocaust survivors lived there. A.
