Give two reasons why a member of parliament has to take your petition to parliament on your behalf even if they don't agree with your request

    First, because it was guaranteed in section 56 d and 69 d of the constitution that they have to receive petition from any interested person and constitutions

    Second, in a democratic country, petition is one of the best method for the government to hear the aspiration of the people
