How did the geography of Japan affect where people settled and the ways in which they made a living?

    Japan is very mauntanious which creates a few affects for the country. Mauntanious act in a good way because they act as natural barriers against forein invasion but in the other hand they make poor agriculture land and Japan there for relies on fishing as their main food source.
