Why is the capitalism called a free market economy

    Capitalism is called a free market economy, because there is no state-wide mechanisms that is supposed to regulate different aspects of the economy, such as the price, the amount of goods that should be produced the amount of enquiry for certain goods etc. all of this is supposed to be regulated by the market itself.
