What term drcribes the belief that current inhabitants of an area are better than incoming immigrants

This belief would be called nationalism. People of a certain ethnic origin in a certain space think they are better and this space belongs to them. At the same time, they do not think that it should belong to the people who might emigrate to this location and do not want them there because they think less of them.
