The answer is B) False. It is very important to consider the weather when planning water activities. In the best case scenario, being fortunate with the weather without planning, and therefore having a successful day of watersports activity is a real stroke of luck. In the worst case, failing to plan can be a foolish endeavour that can sometimes even be fatal, if taking out a boat or swimming without considering forecast storms or unforgiving weather conditions.
