What are two european countries that are great for studying

I have enjoyed my studies in the south of France (near Nice) Great people, interesting classes, beautiful landscapes, many places to visit. Classes were in English. French Government gives subsidies which cover about 1/3 of housing expences (CAF - caisse d'allocations familiales).

Spain or Portugal are good if you want to party.

Of course UK has many great universities.

It's all about what you want from studies, and how long do you plan to study in Europe.

France and Germany would be great for studying.
