What do you see as your strengths and weaknesses regarding working on a team?

Strengths

-More people = more ideas

-The work can be divided among people on the team, opposed to doing it all myself

-The team's "job" or assignment can get finished faster

Weaknesses

-Most teams are a democracy, so your idea (s) could be rejected

-You have to be able to trust others to do their fair share of work and correctly

-While the goal may be accomplished faster, it may not look or be the way you may have wanted it to.
