    Well ... Two of the biggest causes of teen death would be suicide and drugs. So we can take A and C out. That leaves us with D and B. Which one seems the best to you? I think that the answer would be B. I'd wait and see if someone will also respond to this, I'm not completely sure if I'm correct.
