    - Altruistic: too much integration; when the group is more important than the individual. Mostly seen in pre-industrial society.

    - Anomic: too little regulation; when the norms and values of society change and become unapparent. Mostly seen in industrial society.

    - Fatalistic: too much regulation; members of society are restricted. Mostly seen in pre-industrial society.
